Business/Needs Analysis: Before a single line of code is written, we make sure that we truly understand your needs and requirements. By creating a detailed catalog of requirements, under consideration of all key stakeholders in the project and according to industry best practices, we verify that we are on the same page.
Development: We develope software for a variety of purposes, the three most common being to meet specific needs of a specific client/business (the case with custom software), to meet a perceived need of some set of potential users (the case with commercial and open source software), or for personal use (e.g. a scientist may write software to automate a mundane task).
Implementation: We approach every software installation in a structured and methodical fashion, thus effectively integrating the software into the workflow of your business. Our method is a set of rules and views to cope with the most common issues that occur when implementing a software product: business alignment from the organizational view and acceptance from the human view.

Support

Training: There is no substitute for fundamental skills that are well learnt. Our Training focuses on teaching the essential knowledge and skills you need to get the job done.
Support: In general, technical support services attempt to help the user solve specific problems with a product—rather than providing training, customization, or other support services. Most companies offer technical support for the products they sell, either freely available or for a fee. Technical support may be delivered over the telephone or online by e-mail or a web site or a tool where users can log a call/incident.
